Holiday Village, built in the mid-1980s, has 717 units and includes single-family homes, patio homes, and condos. Holiday Village East, built between 1990 and 2001, has 963 units at 101 Amaryllis Blvd., Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Both are non-gated communities where the HOA covers lawn service and snow removal, so a big part of home upkeep is already handled.
